This olive oil is from pure Arbequina trees here at Lockewood Acres. We have one single row of 33 trees planted 4’ apart. The trees only produce about 350 pounds of olives at the moment and varies for year to year based on the weather. That 350 pounds of olives gives us about 5 gallons of oil. This product is a piece of our self-sustainable model that we share with you for as long as it lasts. This type of tree really give the essence of the olive aroma and flavor that truly screams green.
